Instead of “workout of the day” you’re training skill acquisition over time.

Bodyweight 101 program is:

  • Follow-along training sessions
  • Progressive structure (weeks → months → years)
  • Scalable based on your level
  • Designed to integrate with other training

Bodyweight 101 program will help you develop:

  • Resilience
  • Strength
  • Agility
  • Mobility
  • And stay youthful.

Premiere "Get-Up" Bodyweight Training

Get-Up training, which is training the core to literally get up from several lying positions on the ground, is something absolutely everyone should be doing to stay youthful.

This is accomplished by breaking down useful movements, often times by skillset, into smaller movements that are trained with different metabolic formats.

Building useful movement patterns after an injury is crucial for athletic performance, and general well-being. Working on natural human movement patterns promotes general well-being, and base athleticism to keep us mobile through life.

Train movements, not exercises

Most fitness programs train exercises. This program trains human movement skills. Specifically, the ability to:

✓ Get up off the ground
✓ Move through space with control
✓ Rebuild coordination that modern life has stripped away

From this you’ll learn to:

 ✓ Move without pain
✓ Get up and down easily
✓ Stay capable as you age
✓ Build a body that actually functions, not just looks trained

 Phase II: BUILD

Build the Athlete. Expand the Foundation.PHASE II is where training becomes deliberate, mathematical, and lifelong. We build our fitness—systematically, measurably, and without end. This is the phase where you train like an athlete, regardless of location or equipment.

PHASE II is the bridge between restoration and expression.
It builds real strength, long-term capacity, and supports every other form of training. High-level athletes return to PHASE II throughout their careers.

PHASE II is for people who:

  • Have restored standing structure
  • Are no longer in constant pain
  • Want long-term strength progression
  • Are ready for disciplined training

YOU ARE NEVER DONE WITH PHASE II. PHASE II is not completed. It is returned to again and again, even by elite athletes. It remains the foundation beneath all advanced training.

TRAIN ANYWHERE PHASE II provides athlete-level training without a million-dollar gym. Home, garage, outdoors, or travel—training continues.

Build the foundation. Progress for years.
PHASE II focuses on mathematical progression of fundamental human movements. It is the foundation PHASE, similar to Olympic lifting, where progress lasts for years.

Primary goals:

  • Build foundational strength
  • Create visible, long-term progress
  • Develop athletic capacity

PHASE II focuses on core human movement patterns trained in a mathematical way:

  • Squat
  • Deadlift / Swing
  • Clean and Press
  • Snatch
  • Get-up
  • Throwing patterns

These movements form the foundation of athletic performance.

MATH-BASED TRAINING Training is planned, measurable, and progressive. You should be able to see objective improvement every day for years. This replaces guesswork with structure.

WHY KETTLEBELLS AND HEAVY CLUBS Wildman Athletica uses kettlebells instead of barbells to eliminate dependence on expensive gyms. Kettlebells train all major lifts anywhere in the world.

Heavy clubs develop throwing patterns and rotational strength. Throwing patterns never cease and are essential to human movement.

What people are saying about our programs

Bodyweight 101 FAQs

This is a bodyweight training system focused on building resilience, strength, agility, and mobility through foundational human movement patterns.

It teaches you how to move your body efficiently by training the ability to get up from the ground in multiple ways.

Get-Up training focuses on teaching your body how to get up from different positions on the ground using strength, coordination, and control.

It breaks movements into smaller pieces and trains them through structured progressions.

Modern life reduces natural movement and weakens foundational skills.

This program rebuilds those patterns so you can move better, reduce injury risk, and maintain long-term mobility.

  • Foundational movement training often missing from traditional programs
  • A structured system focused on essential human skills
  • Follow-along instruction and progressive training
  • An entirely equipment-free training experience
  • At least 6 weeks of training, expandable to months or years
  • Bodyweight 101 (foundational training)
  • Beast Push-Ups (advanced push-up progression)

  • Multiple get-up variations like Krav, Judo, and prone get-ups
  • Absolute beginners to exercise

The program is designed for all levels of ability.

Yes. The program is completely bodyweight-based and can be done anywhere without equipment.

The minimum is about 6 weeks, but most athletes continue for months or even years as they progress through different variations and levels.

  • Better coordination and balance
  • Increased strength and endurance
  • Greater ability to move confidently in everyday life
  • A stronger foundation for all other training

Instead of focusing on appearance or isolated exercises, this program focuses on restoring how your body is meant to move.

It builds real-world strength and function rather than just gym performance.

Yes. This program is designed to integrate easily with other training and can be used as a foundation or daily practice.

The goal is to make you “better at being human” by restoring natural movement, improving strength and mobility, and building a body that functions well in everyday life.
