At Wildman Athletica we always encourage every exercise you do to be a core exercise, meaning keep your core engaged and active in every move.
But, direct core training can build incredible resilience and performance benefits, which is why we created a bodyweight AB program.
This program is meant to be a "kicker," which means it can be added to any other program like Heavy Clubs, Kettlebells, or Bodyweight.
The workouts in the AB program are short and efficient, building up from 5 minutes to 10 minutes as you advance.
These are intermediate workouts that will improve your functional movement, strengthen your core, hips, lower back, and spine, and cover 3 major families of movement patterns.
