The Most Fundamental Exercise You Should Do Daily

Human evolved to walk. Our entire structure is optimized for us to stand tall and walk forward. It's how our species, in combination with swinging clubs, became the most dominant species on earth.

You probably walk every day already, but setting a goal to walk for an hour straight is a worthy endeavor everyone should shoot for.

Humans crave adventure. We are hard-wired to explore, seek new territory, and move through our environment. 

And regardless of your current fitness level, if you're injured, or strapped for time, nearly everyone can invest in walking each day.

If you're out of shape, walk for 1 minute out and 1 minute back. Add a minute each day until you can walk for an hour straight.

Once you can do that, add a backpack and walk with a weight on your back.

This simple, but essential exercise is the foundation of health and human movement and should be part of your daily routine!
