The kettlebell snatch is sometimes called the granddaddy of kettlebell lifts. It's a total body exercise that forges powerful glutes, a rock-solid core, resilient shoulders, and a grip that wont quit.

It can be used to build explosive power with heavier weight, or strength endurance and cardio conditioning with lighter loads done for longer periods.

The Secret Service Snatch test is a challenging test where you must complete 10 snatches per arm every minute for 10 minutes. 

That's 200 glute-burning, heart-pounding snatches in just 10 minutes.

And while this is a noble feat worth mastering, we can also get brutally strong and fit in the process of training to complete it.

In today's video, Mark explains the benefits of this test, along with several ways to regress the movements to build the necessary qualities to complete the test, including various swings, cleans, and jerks.
