Add The Beast Push Up For A Stronger Chest & Core

Push ups are an excellent way to build functional strength in the upper body, especially if you don't have access to a gym or barbells.

If you mainly train with kettlebells or clubs, you will also notice that the chest acts mainly as a stabilizer while using those tools, and doesn't get much direct activation.

Enter the Beast Push Up.

This exercise is a different take on the push up that engages your entire body, especially your core, taking the results to a new level.

The Best Push Up can also be used as an excellent warmup exercise to engage and mobilize the upper body, while warming up the lower back and legs.
