v2.0 is a massive update in the way the program is presented.

What Do I Do?
If you are subscribed to TOI, you will automatically have v2.0 in your Library. If you've already started a cycle, don't worry. Just finish the cycle you're on, and migrate over to the new v2.0 program when you can.
The old version 1 will remain on for the next 60 days for those that have just started a Club Integrated Track cycle.
If you are subscribing to the program for the first time, you will only have v2.0 in your Library.
Train in Cycles
TOI v2.0 is designed with actualĀ cycles to keep your training on-track. No more repeating training videos. Once you finish your cycle, simply continue to the next cycle (preferably with a heavier weight), or move to another option.
Each training option has 1 Year of training cycles to keep you going for as long as you need it.
Program Options
The structure of v2.0 is the same as the original, but has been simplified. If you do not have a kettlebell or club, no worries, you can use a dumbell, water jug, and bat to follow along. The movements will work in whatever tool configuration you have.
For the follow-along training, Mark will be using a kettlebell and a club.
Start here. Learn the basics and get good at moving the club/bat in a natural movement to help restore your standing structure.

Get better with the Single Arm Club option to increase your core response and overall strength and mobility.
12 Cycles of Training Available.
Build up your endurance with added club swinging. This advanced training option is to better prepare you for your adventerous life.
6 Cycles of Training Available.
Everyone should use Indian Clubs...everyday. Use this option to warm-up, or as stand-alone training. Great for Rehab and Pre-habbing shoulders.
