It exists to restore basic human movement, rebuild standing structure, and remove pain so real fitness can be built on top.
The majority of people live with back, shoulder, knee, or hip pain—not because they are broken, but because structure and movement have degraded over time.

What people are saying about our programs
FAQs
It’s a mathematically progressive kettlebell snatch program designed to dramatically improve structure, breathing, movement, and VO₂ max. It builds ancient-style warrior conditioning using simple equipment and progressive training cycles.
This program is the final training program in Phase 2.
Phase 1 focuses on restoring the athlete and fixing movement issues.
Phase 2 builds structure, breathing, and movement patterns through foundational strength work.
The Snatch Program acts as the capstone that prepares athletes for Phase 3 training.
- People who want a powerful full-body conditioning program
- Athletes, martial artists, cyclists, and gymnasts
- Firefighters, military personnel, and law enforcement
- People training at home with limited equipment
- Anyone wanting to improve endurance, strength, and metabolic health
Yes, but beginners should start light and focus on technique.
A recommended approach is completing the Clean & Press program first, then beginning the Snatch Program at roughly 60% of your final Clean & Press weight.
- Warm-ups: 6–8 minutes
- Training sessions: about 32–40 minutes
- Cooldowns: roughly 10 minutes
Total session time is typically around 40–60 minutes.
The ideal tool is a competition adjustable kettlebell so you can progress through many weight levels.
- Women typically start between 6–10kg
- Men typically start between 12–16kg
An adjustable kettlebell allows progression through the entire program without needing many bells.
Volume cycles gradually increase the total number of repetitions, building technical skill and work capacity.
Density cycles increase intensity by performing similar work in less time or with shorter rest periods.
- Improved VO₂ max and cardiovascular conditioning
- Stronger glutes, shoulders, back, and core
- Better posture and breathing mechanics
- Improved work capacity and endurance
Many athletes notice visible changes within several weight cycles.
The kettlebell snatch trains strength, endurance, coordination, and metabolic conditioning simultaneously. It challenges the entire body while improving breathing mechanics and overall athletic capacity.
No. The program is designed to scale to many fitness levels as long as you begin with an appropriate kettlebell weight and follow the progression.
When performed with proper technique and appropriate weight, the kettlebell snatch strengthens the posterior chain and core, which can improve posture and reduce injury risk.
- Volume cycle: approximately 1,040 repetitions per weight
- Density cycle: approximately 970 repetitions per weight
Across multiple weight levels this can add up to more than 20,000 total snatches.
Most athletes develop stronger glutes, shoulders, back, and core while also improving conditioning and endurance. The program tends to produce a lean, athletic look.
More than a 6 week program.
This regimen is focused on making you "better at being human." Mark recognizes that it takes more than six weeks of "vanity" training to accomplish that goal. Mark's work at a global, cross-disciplinary scale, is distilled into easy-to-use instruction.
