Minimum Equipment For Maximum Mobility

Indian Clubs are meant to be light, and fairly inexpensive. There are many types and styles of clubs, but the point is to start very light, usually around one or two pounds. The longer you swing the club without putting it down, the "heavier" it gets. 

You can find Indian Clubs online from many different manufacturers and stores. If you can, get two, so you can utilize the double club section of the program.
