The Inside Circle is a movement pattern every human should train. Nearly all movement is rotational, and certainly every sport requires rotational movement.

The Inside Circle prepares the body to generate and receive rotational forces that don't affect the body in straight lines, like traditional weight training.

We can build resilience in the tendons, muscles, and joints by subjecting them to greater forces over time with things like the Inside Circle.

This pattern, while normally performed with Heavy Clubs, can be done with kettlebells too, which provide their own benefits.
