Here at Wildman Athletica our goal is to get better and better, forever. This concept isn't only behind all of the programming here, but the business practices too.

Which is why continually improve our programs and products.

The newest improvement is to our TOI program - Training for Overweight and Deconditioned Individuals, which makes things easier to follow and organize.

There are very few programs available online for people who are very out of shape or completely new to training.

The TOI program scales things down to the fundamental movements and gradually introduces new tools like the kettlebell, dumbbell, heavy club, and Indian club.

If you are completely new to training this is where you should start.
