PHASE II is the bridge between restoration and expression.
It builds real strength, long-term capacity, and supports every other form of training. High-level athletes return to PHASE II throughout their careers.

A heavy club is needed, we recommend an adjustable club as a more scalable and affordable option for going up in weight.

  • Women/Deconditioned athletes: Typically start at 7-10lbs for two-handed club.
  • Men/Muscular athletes: Typically start at 15-20lbs.
  • Single arm club: You will want to decrease your club weight by 15-20%.

Clubs come in different weights and can be used long-term as you progress through the program.
